August 19, 2026 — B.A.LL.B. second-year students of Khwopa College of Law visited the Special Court and Special Attorney Office as part of their practical legal education. The visit provided students with an opportunity to observe the functioning of specialized judicial and prosecutorial institutions and to connect their classroom learning with practical aspects of legal proceedings.
During the visit, students gained practical insights into the role and jurisdiction of the Special Court, the process of adjudicating cases before the Court, and the functions and responsibilities of the Special Attorney Office in handling cases related to specialized offences. The interaction helped students better understand court procedures, legal documentation, advocacy, and the practical responsibilities of legal professionals, contributing to their broader understanding of Nepal’s justice system.
